Catering

Donauschwaben offers three catering packages, each with a minimum of 75 guests. Catering packages include disposable dinnerware and napkins, however china, glassware, metal cutlery, linen napkins, and more may be rented for an additional per-item cost. 


We can accommodate special dietary needs by request, including gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, or vegan options. Please view our menus below for details or download a copy of the menu here. Additional information and guidelines about our catering services are listed below the menus.​​​

Catering Policies and Guidelines

Due to licensing requirements and for quality control, when using our catering, all food and beverages served at Donauschwaben must be supplied and prepared by our catering team and served on the Donauschwaben premises. No left-over food items may leave the premises. An exception, outlined below, is made for desserts.

 

An event-themed dessert may be brought in by a third-party bakery at the renter’s cost. All leftover dessert must be removed at the end of the event in a renter-provided take-home container. Cake-cutting services will be provided when using Donauschwaben catering. Desserts brought in may be stored in our cooler until the start of the event. We are not responsible for any damages to stored items.

 

Menu prices will be confirmed on the Rental Agreement and/or Event Order. All applicable taxes will be added to food and/or beverage charges. All fees are subject to change without notice. 

 

For the use of a third-party caterer, an additional cost of $500 will be added to the rental rate. Third-party vendors must bring all of their own equipment to the event location. They are responsible for serving their own food and total clean up of any staging area used, including trash removal. The use of Donauschwaben’s equipment such as refrigerators, stoves, ovens, etc. is prohibited. An exception is made only for the use of our stand-up warmers to keep food warm. Additional fees may apply.

 

All menu selections and guest counts MUST be submitted no later than 21 days prior to the event date. Meat and menu choices and/or quantities cannot be guaranteed if submitted less than 3 weeks before the event.
