Policies

  • All food items will be supplied and prepared by the Donauschwaben Society with the exception of cakes. No food may leave the premises except those cakes.
  • Tacks, staples, tape and nails cannot be used when decorating. Rice, confetti, glitter, bubbles, birdseed and similar objects are prohibited.
  • Doors to the hall will open 30 minutes prior to event unless other arrangements have been made.
  • A deposit is required to hold a date. This deposit is non-refundable unless written cancellation is received eight (8) months or more prior to the event.
  • The deposit will be held in reserve until after the event has taken place. If the facility is left in acceptable condition, the deposit will be returned within 30 working days.
  • A final guest count is required 2 weeks before the event is scheduled. Should the “in attendance” guest count be greater we shall do all we can to accommodate them. An additional charge will be made.
  • All vehicles shall be parked in the parking lot area only.
